Please take a moment to read this important information about our shipping policies. CoachWorks uses both UPS and FedEx as carriers, and shipping rates are based on those rates. At this time we do not offer USPS shipping. We can provide only rush (expedited) service (normally overnight to 2 days) and non-expedited service (normally 5-7 days, essentially "ground" service). THIS IS SHIPPING TIME ONLY. We do not keep large stocks of items on hand and use a "print-on-demand" service, which means that the production of the item(s) you order may require up to 7 days time. You would then ADD the shipping time above for a realistic idea of when you might receive your order. It is best to allow for at least 10 days to 2 weeks prior notice to meet orders and ship within any specified time requirements you might have. To insure receiving your order in your needed time frame, it is wise to also allow a further cushion of time. We will do everything we can to bring your order to you as quickly as possible.

We desire to provide you the best and most expedient service we can, and it is sometimes possible, depending on existing supplies and situations, to make exceptions to the above. If you find yourself in an unusual time restraint and the above normal conditions will not work for you, feel free to contact us directly at info@coachworks.com to inquire about special orders BEFORE placing your order here. Let us know exactly what you need and when (and where - international orders take longer) you need it.

If you have an existing valid UPS or FedEx account number you wish to use, you can enter an account number later, before checking out, and shipping charges will not be added into your total. Entering invalid or non-current account numbers will delay your order substantially and will result in additional charges to you.
